Greenville, SC

Rev. Willie B. Johnson, son of the late Willie J and Margie Ann Johnson, passed Thursday, January 20, 2022.

He was an associate minister at Reedy River Missionary Baptist Church.  In his spare time, he enjoyed watching football, baseball, singing and ministering to any and everyone whom he met!

Left to cherish fond and loving memories include, his daughters Mavis (Desmond) Gentry of Greenville, SC and Yolanda Sharee Allen of Charlotte, NC; siblings, Gentle (Linda) Johnson and Johnnie M. (Johnny) Rogers both of Greer, SC, Betty (Willie) Johnson and Charlie (Angie) Johnson both of Woodruff, SC and Earnest (Linda Ann) Johnson of Wellford, SC; grandchildren, Aaliyah Hagood, Aundre Hagood, Ashton Johnson, Royalty Gentry, Desmond Gentry, II, Marc A. Allen and McKenzie A. Allen; along with a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, J D. Johnson, Annie Lou Johnson, Lou Grace Rogers and Rev. Robert Lee Johnson.
