Mrs. Sherry D. Davis, wife of Michael L. Davis, daughter of the late Johnny O'Dell Pinson the late Joelle Marie B. Harris, passed Friday, December 2, 2022, peacefully at her home surrounded by her family.

Those who knew her, knew she loved her family; she also, loved music, crossword puzzles, cooking, playing cards and just simply living life!  She never met a stranger; she was someone whom everyone loved.  She would keep a smile on your face with her comedian charm.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories of Sherry, along with her husband Michael for over 37 years, include her children; Marcus J. Davis and Marc J. Davis both of Chesapeake, VA; daughter Makeba L. Brown of Simpsonville, SC; sisters Diane Sullivan and Vernita Harris Gill of Simpsonville, SC; brothers, Johnny O'Dell Pinson, Jr. from Simpsonville, SC and Dwight Pinson from Atlanta, GA; seven grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry Burton.

Public viewing will be held Thursday, December 8, 2022, from 10:00 AM until 11:45 AM at Reedy Fork Baptist Church, Simpsonville, with service to start promptly after at 12:00 Noon.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
