Greer, SC

Mr. Sanchez Ladrick "Sank" Rice, Sr., son of Barbara D. (Bernard Scott) Fowler and Billy H. Holley, passed Monday, September 28, 2020.

Sanchez was a partner of Agape House Church.  He was a faithful employee of 3M.  He was a lover of racecars; his favorite football team was the San Francisco 49er's; he enjoyed electronics and fashion-style!  From an early age, his family knew he was going to be someone special from the way he excelled in school.  Sank was a 2002 graduate of Greer High School.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories of "Sank" along with his parents are his children, daughter Destinee Rice and two sons Sanchez Rice, Jr. and Zaire S. Rice all of Greer; special friend Tia Cohen of Greer; three brothers, Damion Scott, Daryl Ballenger, Jaicobie Holley all of Greer; two sisters, Ashley Scott of Daytona, FL and Chasity Holley of Greenville, SC; special cousin Duran Rice; and a host of other uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2020 2:00PM at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, Rev. Steve Watson, Pastor, Apostle Gerald Williams, Officiant, with burial in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Sank will be available for window viewing Wednesday, September 30, 2020 from 3:00PM until 7:00PM at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary viewing window.
