Mrs. Rosetta G. Sims, daughter of the late James and Jessie R. Glover, passed Sunday, January 2, 2022.

She was a faithful member of Maple Creek Missionary Baptist Church, where she served for years as part of the Usher Ministry, and she was a trustee for Maple Creek. She was also a Sunday School teacher for Class 7 - the women's class. And she was a faithful attendee of mid-week service.   She attended Lincoln High School, and after high school she became a sorter for the United States Postal Service until she retired.  Those who knew her, knew she loved her church, she loved to bowl and fish.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories included her nieces and nephews, W. J. Teasley, Toney Teasley, Lonnie Menus, Jr., Tracie Olayiwola, Eugene Callaway, Jr., and Melvin Mansel all of Greenville, SC, Mary Ann Wright, Iris Lowery, Patricia Ann Teasley, Richard Teasley, Theresa Pearson all of Atlanta, GA, Ira Morrison, Jr., Wyonie Johnson, Jeanette Morrison, Lue Jessie Moore, Ann D. Glover all of Greer, SC and R. Renee Glover and W. James Glover from Taylors, SC; her pet Greta; along with a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Lonnie Menus Teasley, Maebell Morrison, Reba Mae Moore, Jimmy Lee Glover, Edward Glover, I. W. Glover and Molly Glover.

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 9, 2022 2:30PM at Maple Creek Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Wood Memorial Park.  Due to the rise in Covid-19, precautionary measures are in place.  Mask must be worn to attend the service.  Social distancing is recommended.  The viewing for Mrs. Sims will be held prior to her service at the church beginning at 1:30PM.
