Brother Raymond Jackson was born on February 22, 1939 to the late Jayconus Jackson and the late Lillie Rector Jackson. A native of Greer, South Carolina; he was educated in the Greenville County School System.

He was married to Eula Mae Williams-Jackson of Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to his long-term illness, he was employed by Vaughn's Packing Company, delivering meats to grocery stores.

On June 22, 2020 at 5:00pm, God summoned Raymond from life on earth to reward in heaven. His memory will be cherished by his loving family – his wife, Eula Mae; his children: Kim Jackson and Debra Jackson of Atlanta, Georgia; Randy Smith of Taylors;  Raymond Jackson, Jr. of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Keith Jackson of Atlanta, Georgia; and Jerry Jackson of Raleigh, North Carolina; his siblings: Mary E. Jackson, Louise J. Sherman, Shirley J. (Earnest) Nesbitt, and Floyd Jackson, all of Greer; Jervene Parker of Taylors; Roseanne J. (Theodore) Williams and Patrice J. Scott, both of Greenville and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Raymond was preceded in death by his siblings: Ruby J. Parks, Gladys J. Wright, Jayconus Jackson Jr. and Virgil Jackson; and his nieces: Lashawn Ballenger, and Sherry Freeman.

Graveside service will be Friday, June 26, 2020 12:00 Noon at Needmore Cemetery in Greer, SC.  Please wear your mask and we observe social distancing.  If unable to stand for extreme periods of time, we encourage you to bring your lawn chairs; please bring water due to the temperatures.

Sleep on Raymond… We will see you in the morning.
