Pearl Burnett Gilliam, widow of Essic W. Gilliam, daughter of the late Fred Burnett and Clara Rice passed Monday, December 26, 2016.
Member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Left to cherish fond and loving memories are her children Rosetta (David) Fryar of Mt. Raineir, MD, Ethel (Nathan) Cohen of Spartanburg, SC, Matthew (Eunice) Gilliam and Joel (Wyonnie) Gilliam both of Taylors, SC, Essie (Harvey) Ray of Ellenwood, GA, Nellie (Shahid) EL-Amin of Anderson, SC Melva (Rev. Jimmie) Bruton of Greer, SC, Jerome Gilliam of the home, Jeffery (Carrie) Gilliam of Greenville, SC; she was preceded in death by Martha (James T.) Fowler; 30 grandchildren; 40 great grands; 15 great-great grands.
She was preceded in death by her siblings Cecil Burnett, Elmira Dickey and Annie B. Drummond.
Funeral service Thursday, December 29, 2016 12:00 Noon New Hope Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
