Greer, SC

Patricia Ann Goodman was born Thursday, November 11, 1948 in Spartanburg County to Mary Ann Williams Justice and the late John Justice, Sr.

She was educated in the Greenville County School System and attended Greenville Technical College.

She was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. After retiring 10 years ago from her job she continued to serve faithfully in her church as the church Historian and church Secretary. She loved singing with her church choir the Wesley Chapel Ensemble.

Patricia loved baking and sewing and continued until her health declined. She loved spending time with her family and church family.

She is survived by her loving mother; two daughters, Jacquelyn (Douglas) Thompson and Cynthia McCoy both of Greer, SC; two sons, Kenneth McCoy of Greer, SC and Martin (Carrie) Arnold of Greenville, SC; one sister, Saundra Johnson of Taylors, SC; five brothers, John (Loraine) Justice, Jr. of Greenville, SC, Milton (Mary) Johnson of Powdersville, SC, Michael (Tameika) Johnson and Bernard Johnson of both of Greer, SC, Derrick Rector of Duncan, SC; four grandchildren, Jennifer (Eaddy) Williams of Taylors, SC, Shawneequa (Kevin) Bigelow of Moore, SC, Treyla Terry of Taylors, SC and Travis Terry of Warren, OH; eight great-grandchildren, and a host of cousins and friends.

On Wednesday, February 10, 2021 it wasn't an ending but a new beginning of Celebration and Homegoing for Patricia.

She was preceded in death by her father; a sister, Sherita Hargrove; a brother, Donald Justice; two grandmothers, Ruth Williams and Queen Williams; a grandfather, Houston Williams.
