Mrs. Niesa F. Rector Clawson, wife of Willie Clawson, daughter of Gwendolyn E. Rector and the late Dexter Pickett, passed Sunday, April 25, 2021.

She was a  graduate of James F. Byrnes High School.  She was  employed with BMW of Greer.  In her spare time she enjoyed hitting the open road on a motorcycle and providing scrubs for the community.

Her legacy will always be remembered and her name forever spoken from the hearts of those she leave behind including her husband Willie Lonnie Clawson, mother Gwendolyn Rector; her children Qwantavia Smith, Xeviyon Rector, Za'Kiyah Downs, Johniya Wilkins, G'Shonni Palmer, Zacheaus Rector, Ayden Rector and Blessing Rector; her four grandchildren, Carmen, Iyonna, Jamorrian and Kaliana; her god mother Eloise Laymon; her siblings, Winter Rector, Omeca Rector, Brandon (Keith) Rector, Lavargio Tanner, Catherine Wright, Kunda Rector and  Derrick Rector along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, motorcycle family and friends.

Graveside service with dove release will be Sunday, May 2, 2021 2:00 Pm at Lincoln Memorial Gardens in Spartanburg, South Carolina.  Social distancing is requested, and mask are required.  If unable to stand for extended periods of time, please bring a chair for your comfort.  Please keep the family in your prayers.
