Funeral service to be rescheduled!

Mr. Joseph T. "Bo Pete" Finch, Jr., son of the late Joseph T. and Margaret Finch, Sr., passed Friday, January 3, 2025, peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He was a graduate of Burgard High School and after high school he attended Erie Community College.  He retired from Spartanburg Steel Products Inc.; there he worked as a machine operator.  During his spare time, he enjoyed bowling, playing basketball and cheering on his Los Angeles Lakers; as well as his Buffalo Bills!

Left to cherish fond and loving memories of "Bo Pete" include his daughter, Terrica N. Finch of Spartanburg, SC; granddaughter, Makayla M Finch of Duncan, SC; girlfriend, Anna Rector of Spartanburg, SC; along with a host of other family and friends.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Terrell L. Finch and his brother, Tyrone Finch.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, January 14, 2025, 11:00 AM at Aiken Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.   Public viewing will be Monday, January 13, 2025, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary.
