Woodruff, South Carolina

Mr. Joe Henry Edward, son of the late J. W. and Nellie Ruth Edward, passed Sunday, March 23, 2025.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories include his siblings, Janice (Keith) Talley of Duncan, SC, Eugene Edwards and Larry Edwards both of Woodruff, SC and Steve (Mary) Edwards of Siloam Springs, AR; uncle, Ulysee Moore of Greenville, SC; aunts, Sarah Drummond of Spartanburg, SC, Ila Ruth Turner of Mauldin, SC and Willie Mae Sullivan of Woodruff, SC; along with a host of other family and friends.

Along with his mother and father, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmie Edwards and Dennis Edwards.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025, 11:00 AM at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary Chapel with burial to follow in the Lower Shady Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.  Public viewing will take place on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the mortuary.
