Mr. James Lemanuel Morris, son of the late Larry James Morris and the late Julia Ann Sanchez, passed Tuesday, April 7, 2026. 

James was a graduate of Clara High School in Mississippi.  Those who knew him, knew he loved watching the Dallas Cowboys football win!  He also, loved watching college basketball and listening to music in his spare time.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories are his children; daughters, Jamie Marby of Taylors, SC, Indya Morris of Greer, SC, Teresa D. Rumsey of Greenville, SC, Ebony Morris of Greer, SC, Jamesia Morris of Granite Falls, NC, Lavajia Morris of Spartanburg, SC and Jenaiah Morris of Ft. Mead, MD; sons, Savion Kinsten of Fayetteville, NC and Tiger James Morris; his siblings, Reginald Morris and Mark Rhodes of Marietta, GA, Dena Dawkins of Gaffney, SC, Linda (Terry) Wolfe of El Paso, TX, Kevin Pizzaro of Auston, TX, Andre Williams of Easley, SC, Shirley Williams of Greer, SC, Damien Morris of Fayetteville, NC, Abdel (Tiphanie Barner Wingate) Barnes of Monroe, NC and Darrell (Nikki) Morris of Buford, GA; 18 grandchildren; stepmother Carla Morris of Fayetteville, NC; along with a host of other family and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2026, with a viewing visitation beginning at 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon and the service to start at 12:00 Noon at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary Chapel; burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
