Mr. James Thomas Jones, widower of Ollie Jones, son of the late Theodore and Janie C. Todd Jones passed January 30, 2018. He was a member of Upper Shady Grove Baptist Church. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are his children, Eddie W. (Ann Taylor) Jones of Saginaw, MI and Linda J. (Marion) Bobo of Hickory, NC; siblings, Sarah Boler of Spartanburg, SC, Vastie Cunningham of Ashberry, NJ and Theodore R. Jones of Charlotte, NC; six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Mary Kelly of Milwaukee, Wi and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda J. Foster, son, Minnie L. Hines, brother, Leo Jones and son-in-law Stanley Foster. Funeral service will be Monday, February 5, 2018 1:00PM at Upper Shady Grove Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. The Jones Family is being cared for by Sullivan Bros. Mortuary Inc.
