Jacquelyne Booker-Mills, 76, a pillar of faith and a beacon of love, departed from this earthly life on December 30, 2024, surrounded by her family. Her departure leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her, yet her legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith will continue to inspire generations to come.

Born in Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late Emage and Ada Booker. She attended Florence Chapel High School. She was employed by Mayfair Mills for more than 20 years. She later became the owner and operator of Helping Hands Cleaning until her retirement. She was a faithful member of Freedom Fellowship Ministries until their relocation. She then began attending Believers' Fellowship, her new church home.

Jacquelyne leaves behind a legacy of love in her children, three daughters Monguella "Dee" (Willie) Booker-Wood of Spartanburg, SC, Terunda (Mack) Booker-Mitchell of Fountain Inn, SC, RoyLynette Lyles of Newport News, VA, two sons Blair (Tewanna) Booker of Hendersonville, NC, Carroll (Christy) Mills of Chesnee, SC, one step-son Andre Rice of Asheville, NC reared in the home, her seven grandchildren, Eshuntae Booker, Krystofer Booker, Kevin Booker all of Taylors, SC, Arianne' Booker of Moore, SC, Jakara Bradley of Newport News, VA, Jakayla Booker-Wood of Spartanburg, SC, Cameron Mills of Chesnee, SC, five great-grandchildren, Kenley Wassink, Kaden Booker, Jayden Booker, Kassidy Booker, and Kyson Booker all of Taylors, SC, one nephew, Reggie (Sassy) Booker of Spartanburg, SC, and three great-grand dogs, Blithe, Bentley and Trashon will carry forth her memory with love and admiration. She is also survived by her a close cousin Mamie Lou Irby of Wellford, SC, and close friends Mattie Jones and Sarah Mattison, both of Lyman, SC, and a host of relatives and friends.

Jacquelyne is preceded in death by one son, Kevin Booker, three sisters Margaret Miller, Essie Mae Irby, Mattie Mae Dixon, and one brother, Arthur Booker. Their memories will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved them.

Funeral service is set for Sunday, January 5, 2025, 2:00 PM at Believer's Fellowship Church.  Public viewing will take place on Saturday, January 4, 2025, from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary.
