Wellford, South Carolina

Iris Ann Booker, daughter of the late Lewis and Lillie G. Booker, Sr., passed Sunday, August 2, 2026, peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family.  

She was a member of The New Moore's Chapel Baptist Church.  She graduated from Florence Chapel High School.  After high school, she received her associate degree and later worked at BMW.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories include her daughter, Kimberly Parks of Duncan, SC; two grandchildren, Deiontre Hill of Simpsonville, SC and Destinie Parks of Memphis, TN; two siblings, Diane Boyd and Ray (Vickie) Booker both of Wellford, SC; along with a host of other family and friends.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Michael Booker and Lewis Booker, Jr.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2026, 1:00 PM at The New Moore's Chapel Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.  Ms. Booker will be placed in the church at 12:00 PM for public viewing prior to service.  Please keep the Booker family in your prayers.
