Mr. Eddie Wayne Jones, son of the late James T. and Ollie Dantzler Jones passed July 10, 2018. He was a 1965 graduate of Lincoln High School. He was an employee with General Motors Corp. He loved his motorcycles, he was a member of the Soul Survivor Motorcycle Club; member of the U.A.W Local 455 and he enjoyed watching baseball. Left to cherish his fond and loving memories are his former wife Mary Kelly Jones of Milwaukee, WI; daughters Barbara A. Jones of Jonesboro, GA and Terease C. Jones of Ellenwood, GA; sister Linda (Marion) Bobo of Hickory, NC; long time companion Mary Ann Burgin of Saginaw, MI; grandchildren Octavia Blacksher and Brandon Blacksher of Ellenwood, GA and Joshua Jones of Jonesboro, GA; special sons Davariol Taylor and Rafel Taylor both of Saginaw, MI; special granddaughters Ta'Shannon More, Ta'Kesha Wingard both of Saginaw, MI; special great granddaughters La'Shaiya Allen and Riley Wingard both of Saginaw, MI along with a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by Brenda (Stanley) Jones Foster. Funeral service Saturday, July 21, 2018 1:00PM at Upper Shady Grove Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
