Ean Boyd Reed, "Mic Eternal", husband of Chandra Reed, son of Carolyn Reed-Smith and the late Herman Boyd passed Thursday, December 2, 2021 peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family.

He attended Word of Deliverance Church in Chesnee, SC.  In 2000, he graduated from Dorman High School and continued his education, on a scholarship, to South Carolina State University and Winthrop University.  Those who knew him, knew he loved music.  He was known for his Christian rap lyrics.  He was very active in his church and community, helping with the youth.  He was the owner of Reed Lawn Care Service.

His legacy will forever live on, including his wife Chandra of over 12 years of marriage; his mother Carolyn; his children, Harmony, Ean Jr. and Geneva "Chanelle"; his siblings, Deirdra Reed of Gastonia, NC, Dorian of Greer, SC, Terri Logan of Spartanburg, SC, Travis (Katrina) Gibson of Timmonsville, SC, Portfolio Boyd of Norcross, GA, Taliferro (Libra) Wilmore of Newberry, SC and Kokilo Wilmore of San Diego, CA; along with a host of other family and friends.

A service of memories and honor will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021 1:00PM at Word of Deliverance Church located at 3324 Chesnee Highway, Gaffney, SC 29341.
