Funeral Service Location Change!

Lyman, South Carolina

Dorothy Jean Norris, daughter of the late Eunice and Janie Brown Norris, passed Tuesday, December 6, 2022, peacefully at home in Lyman, S.C., surrounded by her loving family.

She was a former member of the New Macedonia Baptist Church in Washington, D.C.  During her spare time, she enjoyed cruising the seven seas, participating in church events, and spending time with her family and friends.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories include her sister Barbara Asson of Greer, S.C., niece Tracie Dean of Lyman, S.C., along with a host of other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her siblings William "Billy" Norris, and Mary Anne Norris Upshaw.

Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary Chapel, with burial to follow in Maple Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Public viewing will take place prior to the funeral service.
