Duncan, South Carolina

Mrs. Dianne Davis Robinson, wife of Rev. Robert E. Robinson, daughter of the late Eartha William Davis and Charlie Davis Sr., transitioned on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Pelham Medical Center.

She was a member of New Faith Baptist Church.  She had a passion for caring for others.  She was a private duty nurse.  She was an active member with the International Association of Ministers' Wives and Ministers' Widows (IAMWMW), Women In Touch (WIT) and Order of the Eastern Stars.

Surviving along with her husband Rev. Robert E. Robinson, for over 43 years, include her children, Adriane Robinson and Robert A. (Candiss) Robinson of Wellford, SC, Christopher (Sharnika) Robinson of Alexandria, LA and Elizabeth (the late Terrell) Harrell of Duncan, SC; siblings, Charlie (Cynthia) Davis of Houston, TX, Emma (Donald Ray) Gains of Alexandria, LA; 14 grandchildren; one great grand; sister-in-law Lois Davis of Alexandria, LA, along with a host of other family and friends.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Eartha Davis and Alfred Ray Davis and a grandson, Da'Zhawn Robinson.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, October 15, 2024, 12:00 Noon at New Faith Baptist Church with burial in M. J. "Dolly" Cooper Veteran Cemetery.  Public viewing will take place on Monday, October 14, 2024, from 2:00 PM until 6:00PM at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary.
