Woodruff, SC

Dennis Edwards entered into rest on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at Upstate Community Hospice House in Landrum, South Carolina. He was born on October 11, 1958 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to the late Mr. J. W. Edwards and the late Mrs. Nellie Ruth Moore Edwards.

Mr. Dennis was of Baptist Faith. He was a 1977 graduate of Woodruff High School and was a retired  member of  the Army Reserve.

Dennis leaves to cherish his loving memories, his two daughters, Varessa Goodman (Marcus) of Simpsonville, SC and McKenzie Simpson of Duncan, SC; a son, Derwin (Tasha) Meredith of Williamsburg, VA; a sister, Janice Talley (Keith) of Duncan, SC; 4 brothers, Steve Edwards (Mary) of Williston, Vermont, Joe Edwards, Eugene Edwards, Larry Edwards all of Woodruff, SC; six grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
