Darlene P. Snoddy, widow of Alfred Snoddy, daughter of the late Heyward and Stella Mae B. Pearson, passed Wednesday, November 11, 2020 peacefully at her loving home surrounded by her family.

She was a member of Mountain View Holiness Church.  She attended Florence Chapel High School.  After high school she was employed with St. Francis Hospital and Plain Elementary.  In her spare time she enjoyed cooking, reading and sewing.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories of Mrs. Snoddy are her children Monkeith Pearson and Nalini D. Pearson both of Greenville, SC; her grandchildren Tiamasha Pearson of Charleston, SC, Demarcus Pearson of Witchita Falls, TX, Kambra (Isreal) Pearson Bonilla of Deltona, FL and Elijah Pearson of Taylors, SC; her siblings, Shannon (Brandy) Pearson of Duncan, SC, Heyward Pearson, Jr. and James Pearson both of Lyman, SC, Doris (Avery) Pruitt of Mauldin, SC, Lena (Benjamin) Wilson of Simpsonville, SC, Linda Martin of Greer, SC and Patricia (Willie) Glenn of Simpsonville, SC; along with a host of other family and friends.

Graveside service will be Sunday, November 15, 2020 2:00PM at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Greer, SC.  We are reminded of social distance, and please wear a face covering for attendance.  If unable to stand for extreme periods of time, please bring a lawn chair.  Viewing will take place in the viewing window at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary Inc. on Saturday, November 14, 2020 from 3:00PM until 7:00PM.
