Greer, South Carolina

Mrs. Coretha L. Hargrove-Golden, wife of Mansfield Golden, daughter of Dorothy McClintock and the late Johny Gray, passed July 31, 2023.

She was a member of Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church.  A 1974 graduate of Greer High School.  In her spare time, she enjoyed shopping, going to flea markets, loving everyone she came in contact with.  She never met a stranger.

Along with her husband Mansfield, for over 13 years, left to cherish fond and loving memories include her children, daughter, Kiuanna Hargrove of Duncan, SC; sons, JaRori (Kimberly) Hargrove of Spartanburg, SC and Terry Tymon (Miosha) Taylor of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Sandra Hargrove of Greer, SC and Sabrina (Reginald) Jones of Wellford, SC; seven grandchildren; along with a host of other family and friends.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her stepmother, Mary Wallace Gray and maternal grandmother Maureen Hargrove.

Public viewing will be on Saturday, August 5, 2023, 12:00 Noon until 5:00 PM at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary.  Funeral service will be Sunday, August 6, 2023, 2:00 PM at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary Chapel, with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
