Taylors, SC
God called Mr. Clarence Cline 76, to his heavenly home on January 6, 2017. He was born on June 6, 1940 to the late Hannah Cline of Taylors, SC. He was reared in the home of his grandparents the late Henry and Mattie Cline of Taylors, SC.
He joined St. Matthew United Methodist Church at an early age, and continued to serve until his health declined.
The memory of Clarence Cline will always be cherished by his daughters, Vickie Beachem of Taylors, SC; Jacquelyn Zimmerman of Sparks, NV; son, Michael Beachem of Taylors, SC; granddaughters, Mycha Beachem of Spartanburg, SC; Shaneka Robinson of Greenville, SC; grandsons, Kharran Beachem and Keynan Zimmerman both of Sparks, NV; 3 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Clarence was a 1958 graduate of Lincoln High School in Taylors, SC where he lettered in sports. He was owner and operator of Clarence Cline Builders, and retired from the Greenville County School District Maintenance Department.
He was predeceased by his sister, Mrs. Mattie Neomia Cline Davis and a brother Mr. Richard Cline both of Taylors, SC.
Funeral service will be Thursday, January 12, 2016 2:00 PM St. Matthew United Methodist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
