Charles "Chuck" Forte, Sr, husband of Jacqueline W. Forte for over 21years, son of the late Sarah Louise Boykin and Patrick Forte was born in Hartsville, SC.  1963 Graduate of Benedict College Former healthcare specialist with Maryland State Department of Health and Hygiene. Surviving along with his wife are his children Charles V. Forte, Jr. of Baltimore, MD, Anthony J. Forte of Valencia, CA and Tekoah (Kenny) Forte White of Baltimore, MD; grandchildren Abigail E. Forte of Fallston, MD, Malik A. Forte of Valencia, CA; aunt Amelia Townsend of Florence, SC; brother in laws Arthur (Elaine) Westbrook and Thaddeus Westbrook.   Memorial service Sunday, July 2, 2017 3:30PM at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary Inc. 927 East Poinsett St. Ext Greer, SC with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Thank you oh behalf of the Forte Family for all your support to them during their time of loss.
