Mr. Calvin Lee Lewis,78, husband of Carolyn Waddell Lewis for 51 years, was born in Spartanburg County to the late Wilbert and Ollie Mae Mills Lewis.

He was of Baptist Faith. A loving and faithful husband, father and brother to his family. Calvin never meet a stranger and always showed himself to be friendly to others. His favorite hobbies were working on cars and looking at boxing.

On Thursday, March 11,2021 Calvin passed at Pelham Medical Center. He left behind his loving wife; his children, Michael Payne of Chesnee, SC, Calvin Lee (Dottie) Lewis, Jr. of Spartanburg, SC, Sheila (Marvin) Mitchell of Chesnee, SC, Linda Kay (Carl) Staley of North Carolina, Tina (Alfred) Wyche of Chesnee, SC and Sandra (Derek) Smith of Simpsonville, SC; his siblings, Joann (Abraham) Switzer of Campobello, SC, Brenda (John) Steen of Spartanburg, SC and Stinson Lewis of Chesnee, SC; 16 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a son, Frank Lewis; three siblings, Odessa Lewis, Geraldine Black and Wilbert Lewis Jr.
