Mr. Buddy Vanek Cross Jr. son of Buddy Johnson of Trinity, NC and Joyce Cross of Greer, SC born December 16, 1979 in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He was the husband of Tiffany Pruitt Cross of Wellford, SC.

He was a member of Lower Shady Grove Baptist and a graduate of Woodruff High School. Buddy was employed at Dare Foods Logistics as a Fork Lift Operator. His past time hobby was fishing.

On Sunday, March 7, 2021 Buddy left to cherish his precious memories, his wife; three daughters, Vaneka Cross, Byeannah Cross and Cherish Cross all of Wellford, SC; a son, Jake B. Cross of Wellford, SC; his parents; three sisters, Clarissa Cross of Houston, TX, Ann Williams of Greer, SC and Barbara Williams of Lyman, SC; a brother, Rodricuz Williams of Greenville, SC; grandparents, Mildred Jones and John Jones both of Woodruff, SC and Willie Cross of Spartanburg, SC and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Katherine Todd and Jack Todd; a aunt, Sarah Williams, a uncle Bobby Todd.

A private burial will take place at a later date. Please keep the Cross family in your prayers.
