Miss Ava Nicole Annalee Scott was born on September 5, 2019 in St. Petersburg, Florida and entered into eternal rest on November 30, 2019 at John Hopkins All Children's Hospital, St. Petersburg Florida after a brief battle from Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia/Eventration (CDH). Ava fought a good fight and although we wanted to keep her here, GOD needed her more. Ava will always be remembered as a CDH Angel. She beat many odds and encouraged us to never give up HOPE and to keep the faith.
Ava was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Trudy Clark, Maternal great-grandfather Mr. Doug Gilliland, Maternal great-grandfather Jule Clark and Paternal Great-grandmother Ms. Annie Lee Scott.
Ava leaves to cherish her memories: Her parents, Re'Jon and Tekaylah Scott of the home, one sister, Aleiyah Scott of the home, Maternal grandparents, Arnold and Tawny Jones, Greer S.C., Kebian and Rebecca Gilliland, Arden N.C., Paternal grandparents, Frederic and Fredia Scott, Inman S.C., Paternal great grandfather Mr. Willie Scott, Duncan S.C., Paternal great-grandparents Betty and John Whiteside, Chesnee S.C., Paternal great-great grandmother, Ms. Aldonia Clark, Maternal great-grandmother Debra Gilliland, Arden, N.C., Maternal great-grandfather, Jerry Walker, Spartanburg S.C., Maternal great-grandparents, Harold and Mable Jones, Claxton, G.A., five aunts, six uncles, and a host of great-aunts, great uncles, cousins and other close relatives.

Funeral service will be Saturday, December 7, 2019 1:00PM at Remnant Worship Center located at 197 Boundary Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303 and burial will take place in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery. Please keep the Scott family in your prayers.
