Mr. Albert Foster, son of the late George and Annie Bruton Foster, Sr., passed Sunday, July 23, 2017 peacefully at his home surrounded by his family. Member of Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Former employee with Greer Commission of Public Works. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are his daughter Janases (Marvin) Wright of Greer, SC; sister Lillie Mae Rookard of Spartanburg, SC; brothers James L. (Eloise) Foster of Wellford, SC and Boyce Foster of Greer, SC; god daughters Linda McCrary and Lydia McCrary both of the home; god sons Fred McCrary, Leroy McCrary, Walter McCrary, Thomas McCrary and Marcus McCrary all of the home. He was preceded in death by his siblings Alberta Harris and Virginia Foster, Carl Foster, George Foster, Jr., Frank Foster, Ardell Foster and Paul Foster; and special friend Lottie C. McCrary. Funeral service will be Saturday, July 29, 2017 11:30am at Sullivan Bros. Mortuary Chapel with burial in Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
